Nigeria’s agricultural sector received a significant boost with the inauguration of a state-of-the-art $2.5-million dried-fruit processing facility by ReelFruit, a leading agribusiness enterprise led by entrepreneur Affiong Williams. The plant, located in Abeokuta, Ogun State, marks a milestone for both ReelFruit and Nigeria’s agricultural landscape.

The facility, boasting a capacity of 800 metric tonnes, is the largest dried fruit processing plant in Nigeria. The initiative was made possible through collaborative efforts and funding from notable entities such as the USAID, Alitheia Identity Fund, and First Monument Bank (FCMB).
